Caradigm
6/2012 – present
Senior User Experience Designer
Caradigm is a Population Health company formed in 2012 as a joint venture between Microsoft and GE. The Microsoft Health Solutions group (HSG) transitioned to this venture.
At Caradigm I have had the opportunity to work on applications for both desktop and Mobile, Ui for the Platform, as well as IT tools for deployment.
My primary area of expertise is Product Design; defining the requirements, establishing the workflows and Information Architecture, applying the Visual Design layer and usability testing. Collaboration across teams, from Product Management to Development, brought this work through several release cycles. In addition, I developed the Style Guide, Pattern Library and CSS model for the Mobile space.
It has been both challenging and profoundly rewarding to bring big data to end users in a way that allows them to better manage the health of patients.
